How It Works
Sova provides two pathways for yield generation:
RWA Strategy Path (KYC Required)
1. Deposit Crypto
Deposit USDC or BTC into a Sova vault. Your funds are held securely in a smart contract queue.
2. Receive Tokenized Shares (tRWA)
Once your capital is allocated, you receive a tRWA token — a digital receipt representing your share in the underlying strategy.
3. Strategy Execution
Regulated asset managers deploy the strategy into structured investment products such as:

ETF-based portfolios
On-chain arbitrage opportunities
4. Yield Accrual via NAV Updates
As the strategy earns returns, the value of your tRWA token increases. Net Asset Value (NAV) is updated on-chain periodically.

Burn your tRWA tokens
Receive your original crypto (plus any returns, net of fees)
