# Direct Deposit Flow

**1. Direct Transfer to Issuer Wallet**

You start by sending your deposit (BTC or USDC) directly to the issuer’s wallet.

* BTC is converted to USDC via a regulated off-ramp partner
* The issuer assumes custody immediately, enabling faster off-chain processing
* This route bypasses the smart contract queue for time-sensitive strategies

**2. Off-Ramping & Capital Deployment**

The issuer off-ramps the funds via OTC desks or centralized exchanges (CEX) and converts them into fiat.

* Capital is deployed into real-world strategies like short-duration credit, T-bills, or yield-generating private market assets
* Deployment is managed by the Yield Curator in regulated TradFi environments

**3. Token Minting & NAV Synchronization**

Once off-chain deployment is confirmed, the issuer notifies the Sova strategy contract to mint **tRWA tokens** to your wallet.

* These tokens reflect your proportional ownership in the NAV
* Value accrues over time based on off-chain yield, with no need for manual claiming
